Project Brief
The Masraf Al Rayan Head Office Building is a modern landmark designed to embody the prestige and identity of one of Qatar’s premier banking institutions. Located on a prime site of approximately 5,972 m², the development features a striking architectural form with a footprint of about 3,410 m² and a total built-up area of 37,129 m². Rising 47.40 metres above ground level, the building comprises four basement levels, a ground floor, and eight upper floors, with additional service areas at the roof level. Combining structural steel with reinforced concrete, the design blends contemporary aesthetics with functional efficiency, creating a distinctive corporate presence in the urban skyline.
